About Us
Keystone First FCU was organized in 1938. Like all credit unions, Keystone First is a member operated, non-profit institution. All directors are unpaid volunteers. This results in lower operating costs which, in turn, allow us to pay a better return on member savings and lower rates on loans.
How to Join
Membership in Keystone First is open to active and retired employees of PPL Electric Utilities Northeast Region and members of their immediate families.
A minimum $25 deposit is all that is required to open your account with Keystone First.
