Who we are

CM Mortgage is a family owned and operated business founded in 1987. We are licensed to do mortgages in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. We can also provide mortgage services inAlaska,Hawaii and Indiana.During the past 20 years we have strived to provide excellent customer service and competitive interest rates for our clients. In a nut shell, we live and die with our repeat customers and their referrals. We don't brag that we have hundreds or thousands of lenders, we consistently use about 50 lenders, some you certainly know and there are some that you don't know but over the years my preferred lenders have demonstrated the same dedication to customer service, competitive rates and product offerings that have allowed us stand apart from our competition. We have NEVER had a customer complaint and have been a member of the Better Business Bureau for most of our existence.

Who we are not

We are not the mortgage miracle network. If you have a sub 500 credit score looking for 100% financing at "bank" rates, we, like everyone else, can't help you. What we can do is assist you with ideas and suggestions to improve your credit to a level where you can qualify for a mortgage. We also do not claim to have the "best rate guaranteed". Sometimes we have the best rate and sometimes we may not, obviously to stay in business this long we must be doing something right.

What we can do

Our staff will provide the best customer service and competitive rates for all FannieMae, FreddieMac, FHA, VA, Construction-Perm, Rehab, and Jumbo mortgages.

We can also provide Home Equity Loans and Lines of Credit for our Pennsylvania and Delaware customers either as a "piggy back" to a new first mortgage or a "stand alone" second line/loan only.

With the extensive product line available to us, we can help anyone with good credit (obviously), not so good credit and everyone in between. There are products for clients one day out of bankruptcy to foreclosure buy outs.
